The Hildreth Group is a restaurant venture consulting and management firm located in Petaluma, Ca. The Hildreth Group was founded in 2014 to assist new and growing restaurants in the process of taking an idea and turning it in to reality. We assist individuals and companies navigate through the rigorous planning process of new restaurants as well as assist in permitting, location selection, negotiations, funding, and operational requirements that may be required in the development of the new restaurant. We provide Architectural services, marketing, Graphic design, permit processing, website development, and social media outreach services.

Charles is a very driven young entrepreneur whom is the principal developer of the highly anticipated food truck marketplace and beer garden located in Petaluma, Ca. called The Block. Charles Founded The Hildreth Group on the principal of providing quality executive services to startup restaurants as well as a consulting service for already existing restaurants.

Church is an incredibly talented and renowned architect and craftsman, who strives to produce lasting design through true local craftsmanship. Church has been a small business owner since 1988 and has proven longevity in business by always providing the highest quality to his clients.

Heather Philson

Relations Director

Heather is a sucessful young professional currently pursuing a law degree. She provides support to Hildreth Group clients through contract management, vendor procurment, permit processing, and project oversight.
